Kalmadi's letter to PMO, Truth of CWG

Today Yashwant Sinha presented a letter in parliament , which revealed the truth behind Suresh Kalmadi's appointment as CWG organising committee head.

This letter was written by Suresh Kalmadi to PMO regarding CWG.

This document is classified and not available publicly but still important lines of this letter are as follows:

" . . .These bureaucrats are interfering and creating hurdles in my decisions, they should know that my appointment is directly from Sonia Gandhi and Prime minister Manmohan Singh...."

This eventually gave authority to Kalmadi to spend 2000cr. the way he desired!
